After 12 years as owner-operators, we saw firsthand how the brokerage system works — and who it doesn't work for. Carriers haul the freight, take the risk, and too often end up wondering where the money went. For decades, carriers have been the last to know and the last to benefit, despite being the ones who make freight move in the first place. We're changing that.

What FMCSA Is Proposing

If finalized, brokers would have to:

  • Keep transaction records electronically
  • Provide those records to carriers or shippers if requested
  • Respond within 48 hours
  • Show more detailed payment information and fees

What Carriers Would Be Able to See

A carrier could request records showing:

  • What the shipper paid the broker
  • What the broker paid the carrier
  • Broker fees or deductions
  • Dates payments were made
  • Itemized charges and accessorials

It means we take the same percentage on every load — no inflating rates, no hidden fees. Once a load is booked, carriers can see exactly what we make. Our margin doesn't change based on the market or the carrier.

How is this different from other brokers?

Most brokers hide their margins. You never know what they're making on your load. We flip that model — our margin is fixed and fully visible once you book. Carriers see the complete rate breakdown, and shippers get better service as a result.

When does the platform launch?

Do I need a separate account for the app?
